RETURNS POLICY

Last Updated: 02/20/2025 At SandiBee Botanicals, we want you to love your beauty products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below. Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date. We do not accept returns on: Opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons Items purchased on sale or during promotional events Gift cards and digital products Return Process Submit a Request: Contact our customer support at SandiBeebotanicals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days (minus any shipping fees). Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
